What payment options do you provide and do you accept insurance?
• It is our policy to accept payment
on the day of service.
• We are providers for most insurance
policies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare. We will
assist you in submitting your claims to your insurance company(s).
• We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• Be sure to ask about our Wellness
Program (cash
payment option).
• Students – ask about our
special Student Rate for
those choosing to pay cash for treatment!
• Payment plans are available.
Note: In order to serve our patients in a timely manner, Complete Chiropractic requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule an appointment. A $30.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations without 24 hours notice. Complete Chiropractic is sensitive to emergency situations that may not allow for a 24 hour cancellation notice.

What is Dr. Modory’s style of treatment?
Uses Applied Kinesiology to assist in identifying issues that need addressing. Office equipment includes “Drop” Tables and Activator; x-rays taken only if absolutely necessary at facility of patients choice. Typically treats patients with adjustments, not equipment.
